The representative of an activity is in charge of following every aspect of it and of being the only interlocutor with the guest and with the institution that organizes it.
The representative deals with connecting the participating institution and each single team within Scambi.
In particular, the representative has the total responsability for every aspect concerning the activity he/she deals with and by accomplishing every aspect of this task, he/she is supported by the other teams.
Warning
The teams do not have to deal with the realization of an activity or with the update of the respective information. It is the job of the representative to effectively communicate with each team so that each one could do its work at the best.
